You will receive full refund less shipping and handling fees which are about 8% of the total price you've paid. If you exchange an item, all shipping and handling costs of the replacement item will be waived.

I offer a -2 year warranty policy.
All of my jewelry is guaranteed to be as described,They are more beautiful
in reality than in pictures.Each one goes thru my hands and eyes:)
All sizes and measurement are detailed and described .
You will receive the accurate model you loved in the image.
There might be a slight difference in natural gemstone color,which is natural.
The item may be returned for repair or replacement at no cost to you,accept for shipping it to me. The warranty is voided if there have been any damages or if there have been any third party modifications such as sizing, repairs, polishing, etc. If you have any questions regarding the warranty, please feel free to ask.
